  • Form BUILD.

    Form BUILD is not your mamas Pilates. This class is about building muscle mass by working close to muscle failure. We will be spending 20 min on the reformer for stability and core work, then we will take it to the mat for standing sequences that will target the larger muscle groups. Expect heavier weights.  

    *Please note this class will require getting up and down off the floor, kneeling, and incorporates functional strength training ie: squats, lunges, push ups, shoulder press etc. Limited modifications will be provided. *

  • Form SCULPT.

    Form SCULPT is a full-body toning class designed for high intensity low impact. Using the jumpboard, you'll experience dynamic plyometric-style conditioning without added strain on the joints. This class helps improve strength, endurance, and even bone density. Expect a fast-paced session that will get your heart rate up and muscles burning.

  • Form HYBRID.

    Form HYBRID is designed for the clients who love variety and a little surprise. This class will blend a variety of equipment -jumpboard, tower, weights, reformer, and mat. The ever-changing classes keep your body adapting and progressing.

  • Form TOWER.

    Form TOWER, also referred to as a half Trapeze Table, allows you to perform about 95% of traditional Cadillac exercises. Tower classes are a great way to expand your strength and deepen your understanding of Pilates and challenge your body in new ways.

  • Form ESSENTIALS.

    From ESSENTIALS focuses on the five basic principles of Pilates- breathing, pelvic placement, ribcage placement, shoulder stability, and head and neck placement. This is all-level class builds a strong foundation and is suitable for everyone-from beginners to experienced clients who are looking to improve their form and deepen their practice.
